- Our reputation for prompt despatch from our massive stocks is the bedrock of the BRIBAR success. There will inevitably be rare occasions when we are out of stock but you will be notified.
- We cannot be held responsible for delivery failure due to circumstances outside of our control.
Returns Policy
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the goods, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days. You will either be offered a refund or replacement. Our postage charge does not include a free return service.
- Please note that bespoke made up bats can ONLY be returned if the goods are faulty.
- In the event of incorrect or faulty goods being despatched, please contact us on 01227 860348 as soon as possible and we will arrange for replacements to be sent or for a refund. In these circumstances we will also refund the cost of sending the goods back to us.

Avoiding a delay on UK orders only – if you know that you need your goods by a certain date we would suggest choosing the Express Tracked Delivery option (£7.99) which will usually be despatched via Royal Mail tracked 24 (1 – 3 working days).
Unfortunately, we cannot offer express delivery for orders from outside the UK or for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands.

Returns policy

Goods should be returned unused and in the original packaging within 14 days. You will either be offered a refund or replacement (if available from our stock). We would suggest you use a Tracked service as we would not be able to offer you a refund if the parcel is not received by us.
We will not automatically offer a refund goods returned without prior notice.
