Description
TIBHAR EVOLUTION MX-P (MAX POWER) TABLE TENNIS RUBBER
The original dynamic and fast version of the Tibhar Evolution family. Due to the pimple geometry, the rubber is very flexible – giving greater energy to attacking balls. The RED POWER sponge is a hard 46–48°, and makes no concession in terms of speed or spin. The ball contact time is extended by the PRO-TENSION rubber giving excellent sensation and is chosen by powerful loop layers.
Paul Drinkhall said “For speed MX-P has to be king but for spin it is also excellent. It’s very fast, and suits the attacking player who likes to take the ball early at the table or from mid distance and play hard, attacking shots with a huge amount of spin. The rubber is not so quick that it lacks any feeling or control – the balance is excellent”.
To sum up – If you like to topspin the ball strongly from both wings, open up from a backspin push or chop ball with heavy topspin, attack on the third or fifth ball aggressively, loop with heavy spin and speed from mid distance or block quickly but with control, then MX-P is the perfect choice.
RED ENERGY SPONGE
The newly developed RED ENERGY SPONGE is similar in many ways to the renowned RED POWER SPONGE, but offers additional variation possibilities for some current and future TIBHAR EVOLUTION rubbers.
This means that each rubber can now be matched in every detail not only with two top rubber technologies but also with two sponge technologies.
The RED ENERGY SPONGE versions not only offer enormous dynamics but also a very pleasant, surprisingly soft playing feel with relatively high sponge hardness.
Elasticity and energy transfer have been optimized in all impulse directions. This ensures a high degree of precision and control in passive play and at the same time a linearly increasing impact energy and support during active play; especially in topspin duels.
DEVELOPING THE EVOLUTION RUBBER SERIES
Many years have passed since the birth of the idea to produce a brand new rubber used by professional players but capable of being mass produced and available to all players.
In those “experimental” years many prototype rubbers were produced and tested. To produce a rubber suitable for professional players which concentrates a very adhesive and elastic rubber surface and a high performance sponge and that is still able to confer the sufficient amount of power and the right sensation in any type of playing situation, while increasing the ball/bat contact time.
It was only thanks to the permanent brainstorming between 40 developers, scientists, qualified employees and professional players from initial fine tuning to final production that the rubber series was produced. The result speaks for itself: EVOLUTION is at the forefront of world class high-performance rubbers!
With the variations of PRO – TENSION rubber surfaces, RED – POWER and RED ENERGY sponges, EVOLUTION rubbers will now be available in eight different versions for both professional players and for the ambitious amateur.
We guarantee that the rubbers available for sale are identical to those used by Professionals playing at the very highest level.

After using Tenergy 05 on my forehand for 5 years I was nervous to change. Having made the change I wouldn’t go back. This rubber is great for my spinny serves and attacking game, but also allows me to control the short touch rallies with no problems.

This rubber is fast, but it also gives me the control i need and allows me to generate a lot of spin on my forehand

This is a very good rubber and suits my close to the table attacking style. It is fast and spinny. It does take a couple of sessions to get used to and gain control, after that it’s magic. Serves, blocks, loops and pushes, it does them all. I have this on a Primorac off- wood blade with FX-P on the backhand. Someone said recently on another forum that MX-P was his Batman and FX-P his Robin and I totally agree.

I have been using this rubber for a while now and it is the best rubber I have used so far. It is quick and has great control. Whether close or off the table it is really effective. When returning backspin it is great at making ‘arc’ effect over the net. I find this to be a great all round effective forehand rubber.

I love the MXP rubbers as they have a hard sponge which allows me to play strong attacking strokes on both wings. They also allow me to generate lots of spin and suit my close to the table attacking style. MXP also enables me to have good control and feeling over the ball. Fantastic Speed, lots of Spin and amazing Control summarises the MXP in a nut shell.

incredible rubber for touch and counter topspin, I have found that this has amazing consistency for my middle game (receive of serve, block and counter)when using this rubber

I play MX-P on both sides on a Drinkhall Power Carbon blade. The setup gives me plenty of power on demand but also good control when needed. I really like the durability, consistency and linear drop off of this rubber compared to others I have used in the past, including the tenergy rubbers. These qualities are very important to me as I play 6-8 hours a week. In summary, after playing with Evolution MX-P for nearly two years, I think it is a quality and durable rubber at a very affordable price!!

The first thing I noticed when I used this rubber was just how quick it was, especially compared to what I had been previously using, however, after a little time I have grown to absolutely love this rubber! For such a fast sponge it has great feel and control, it’s great for allround attacking players whilst maintaining a good level of control which is sometimes sacfriced with other rubbers. Combined with the stratus blade, for me, this is a perfect combination.

So fast and so spinny! rediculously good, solved my issues on the forehand and even managed to make my shots more deadly!

This is a very fast rubber, well suited to an aggressive attacking game. It is good for looping and counter hitting. It is also an excellent rubber for serving. When you get the timing right, it gives the “speed-glue crack” sound and you know that the ball is not coming back.
