Christmas Delivery and Office Opening hours

Whilst we cannot guarantee that all parcels will be delivered before Christmas, we strongly advise you to order at the latest on:

STANDARD (Royal Mail Tracked 48) – Friday 13th December 2024.
EXPRESS (Royal Mail Tracked 24) – Wednesday 18th December 2024.

Our office will be closing at Noon on Friday 20th December 2024 and will re-open on Thursday 2nd January 2025 at 9am.

All orders recieved during this time will be dispatched as soon as possible upon our return.

General Data Protection

Your personal details are securely retained and used only for the purposes of processing orders and essential website functionality. Personal details may also be used for Pickleball Complete marketing (when opted in) including newsletters and catalogues. They will not be shared with any third parties. We do not retain card payment details. How to order

As simple as A, B, C! Just select the products you require and then order with Pickleball Complete by one of the following means:-

Choose the products you require and click on the ‘order’ button. The price is shown in UK sterling and includes VAT at the current 20%. Once you have completed your selection follow the instructions which will guide you through the ordering and payment process.

NB: for large orders, Schools and Government bodies, please contact us directly to discuss possible discounts.

Despatching your order

Our reputation for prompt despatch from our massive stocks is the bedrock of our success. There will inevitably be rare occasions when we are out of stock but you will be notified.

Avoiding a delay on UK orders only – if you know that you need your goods by a certain date we would suggest choosing the Express Tracked Delivery option (£7.99) which will usually be despatched via Royal Mail tracked 24 (1 – 3 working days).

Unfortunately, we cannot offer express delivery for orders from outside the UK or for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery failure due to circumstances outside of our control.
Dangerous goods – solvent glues and cleaners as identified in the catalogue which require special handling – £7.99 (Unfortunately, we cannot offer these items for delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or any of the offshore islands.)

International Delivery:

We are not responsible for delivery delays (during transport or at Customs) and cannot be held responsible for delivery failure due to circumstances outside of our control.

Prices

Prices are shown in UK £ sterling and include VAT at 20%. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Import Tax: Individual countries may impose an import tax for which you (the Customer) are responsible. This tax will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Methods of Payment

credit and debit card: we accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. We do not accept American Express.
telephone orders using cards as above.
bank transfer: our account details are shown on the invoice.

Returns policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by email at admin@bribarsports.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. Goods should be returned unused and in the original packaging within 14 days. You will either be offered a refund or replacement (if available from our stock). Our postage charge does not include a free return service or reshipping outside UK.

We would suggest you use a Tracked service as we would not be able to offer you a refund if the parcel is not received by us.

We will not automatically offer a refund goods returned without prior notice.

In the event of incorrect or faulty goods being despatched, please contact us on 01227 860348 or by email at admin@bribarsports.co.uk as soon as possible and we will inform you of the next steps to follow.

Table Delivery

We are able to offer FREE SHIPPING on full size Table Tennis Tables to England and Wales only. Please see the list below for post codes where we CANNOT offer FREE SHIPPING and in these cases please contact us prior to purchase for a bespoke delivery quote. E-Gift Voucher

E-Gift Vouchers are redeemable in full or part payment for any merchandise at www.bribartt.co.uk.
The minimum E-Gift Voucher amount is £10.00 and the maximum amount is £500.00 in one transaction.
Please allow up to one working day for E-Gift Vouchers to be sent – following approval of payment.
E-Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.
E-Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed on-line by entering the voucher code & recipients email address at checkout.*
No change will be given but any remaining balances may be used for future on-line purchases.
If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s E-Gift Voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
