If an item is not eligible for international delivery to your country you will receive an error message during checkout once you specify your delivery address.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the goods, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days. You will either be offered a refund or replacement. Our postage charge does not include a free return service.

Please note that bespoke made up bats can ONLY be returned if the goods are faulty.

If your order is being delivered internationally on behalf of Bribar Table Tennis, it may be subject to taxes and delays outside of our control. If you are worried about paying customs duties please check the custom duty threshold of the country you reside in. (Currently outside of the EU).
